A consultation is required for all new clients. Additionally, all new clients must fill out the consultation form and agree to all terms and conditions.
Services booked using hair purchased from The Glam Strand will be given a $40 discount on all services! Please reference the coupon code on the purchase page. You MUST remember to enter the coupon code. It will not be retroactively added on after booking confirmation is sent.
Lace must be dropped off or shipped 3 days or more prior to appointment.
While I will work with hair from various brands, I do not work on wigs or frontals that were not originally customized by All That Jazz Glam. All bookings for frontals and closures must be with brand new lace or lace that was previously customized by Jazz. This includes multiple sew ins using the same bundles-a new frontal is mandatory each install.

Please schedule the exact service and add ons desired to ensure that you have the allotted time available to achieve your style. Full payment of booked services will be due at end of visit (even considering you didn’t need what was booked).
Within 7 calendar days of any holiday, cancellations of any kind will not be permitted.
All appointments booked less than 72 hours in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty.
Full Cancelation Policy will be sent in confirmation email.
